vicoden already has tylenol surrounded by it. and the main narcotic is Hydrocodone. percocet is oxycodone and tylenol and oxycodone is stronger than hydrocodone. you can also acquire percocet without the tylenol, or oxycontin which is in recent times oxycodone in a time released form. but you don't have need of something as strong as oxycontin unless you got the 10mg ones.
If I be you I would ask your dr,. for percocet, instead of vicoden.
