Get some Baking soda, put some on the brush and wet it. Start brushing, it will quality a little gritty. Most toothpaste already have this, but this would be more effective within the idea of whitening your teeth. But it wont take out bacteria, so you might want to brush afterwards use baking soda after words. Its quick, assured, and very cheap.

i wouldn't use whitening strips end in i heard that they clear the teeth more sensitive...try the baking soda technique, but NOT FOR VERY LONG! i think it wear on the enamel...
Hi i work in a dentist and the solely cheap way i hold found to bleach your teeth is to buy this bleaching kit from www.smile4you.com its alot cheaper and i use it and its brilliant! At a dentist you would be looking at lb350 for bleaching i come up with this kit is roughly lb30!! dont buy cheap ones from shops as the dont own the active ingrediant contained by them carbomide peroxide, hope this helps!!
