What is the best agency to whiten your teeth lacking going to the dentist, or using the whitening strips?
Try rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide. My dentist recommended it and it does work. Just don't swallow it!
Baking soda and saline
Use the whitening tooth paste every time you brush.

Walmart sell a product that has a rubber mouth tray and some whitening gel...it is amazingly inexpensive and works good...not as in a hurry as the bleach trays from the dentist, but way cheaper
crest whitestrips work best!!i use them so i can let go money on whitening them in the organization i work in..patients that come into my bureau that use them i notice a difference(using shade guide to show them the difference of how they be to the next drop by they were surprise on how whiter their teeth jump just using the whitestrips)i use it and to maintain up the whiteness i also use remberant whitening toothpaste:)
