well i own used PEARL DROPS REPLENISHING WHITE (available for lb7.99 from boots) and it whitens your teeth alot and also restores lost enamel. it does work because it has occupied the enamel that had be lost due to my bad diet. to stop cavity, try using the COLGATE 360 toothbrush as this really gives your teeth a verbs. and just ordinary colgate toothpaste. i hope this helps. jay xxxx
