What if tradition tooth extracted alredy but the other root fractured and gone inside what is the risk?

my wisdom tooth extracted already but the root fractured and my dentist can not see the fractured root inside and said to own an xray after 5 days, and come back to him. my dentist said it is not terrifying but im afraid bacause my gum causes solid pain. waht should i do?What if tradition tooth extracted alredy but the other root fractured and gone inside what is the risk?
It is not harmful, just see your dentist again at the subsequent appointment. Sometimes it's better to stop if you can't find a root at that appointment. He may decide to extract it, be off it, or refer you to a surgeon. Take Advil until your next call on or whatever your dentist recommended.
harmful would be subjective...
1. if the root that was vanished inside was elevated, and moved, the somehow it will surface out surrounded by a few years or months, then eventually it could be removed.
2. if the tooth submerge inside are bounded by bone, it had to be regularly monitored through x beam if it does float up to the gum level or not, but for then analysis of the surrounding tissue in the retained root is crucial. if there would be lesion or too much granulation tissue the itr must be removed or a cystic lesion might occur.
however if the anguish is bearable and would eventually disappear after series of pain reliever after it would be a problem, but if the pain progresses, the remaining root must re removed.
