Brush, mouth wash and floss at darkness. Avoid pungent foods such as curries and garlic in the evening. Don't smoke. Other than that, the one and only other thing you can do is hold on to some sugar-free chewing gum next to the bed for when you get up up, or brush your teeth as soon as you wake up.

a good approach is to use mouthwash just berfore you slep. if you drink milk beforehand you sleep, drink it before have moutwash
