It depends on your threshold of pain and how low your pockets are. Having teeth pulled with one and only the aid of Novocaine is a terrible ordeal. Teeth breaking, gum tear, nerves snapping, jaw stretching. I believe I enjoy been ineradicably traumatized by such an experience. Unfortunately, I have have molars and wisdom teeth extracted by both methods, if you can afford it, I importantly recommend general anesthesia at a reputable oral surgeon. If you must hold teeth pulled conscience, I highly recommend finding a dentist who can provide nitrous-oxide (NO2). Either course make sure you are provided sufficient throbbing killers for at lowest possible several days dosing. In my experience dentist tend to minimize expected pain. Good luck!
As long as the teeth are out (that is, they do not want to be cut out of your gums) your dentist should be able to do it. If you re conversation about prudence teeth that haven't come out, you should see an oral surgeon. A reputable dentist would not offer to do it if it be work that required an oral surgeon.
Hello the best way to hold molars removed is what makes you the most comfortable. some empire are very afraid of the needles that stir along with the freezing to enjoy teeth removed. If you know of a reliable dentist that does general anesthetic and this seem like a more plausible route consequently go in that but be forewarned it is a lot more expensive than local freezing. Edith
