Mix equal parts hydrogen peroxide with your mouthwash once a daylight. I've been doing this every time for a few years now and hold very white, pretty teeth. As a side benefit, I also hold had smaller number colds and sore throats since I started doing this.
BTW, Don't mix it ahead of time, though. Do it at the time you are ready to gargle, swish, and spit.

i've have amazing results using crest whitestrips. people other compliment me on my teeth and those things only cost around $30-$40 bucks!

Rembrandt they have a teeth whitening set you can pick up @ wal mart for roughly fifteen bucks. It has the two tooth trays and a whitening gel. undemanding to use my teeth are as white as ever.

i hold the same piece with the white spot on two of my teeth. i use Crest Whitestrips. they really work. their roughly $30 i think. i use the classic. it works!! Good luck!
